HOWTO Refresh a network folder in Finder

One of my biggest peeves with Finder is that there is no refresh option! It's supposed to do it automatically but almost nothing works to get the folder refreshed if it's a network drive.

Solution

  • Create a new folder in the network folder you want to refresh and then delete it.

  • Reboot
