HOWTO DirectMusic installation for Windows 2003

By default DirectMusic is not installed as part of DirectX in Windows 2003. Let's remedy that and get some DirectMusic enabled games working.
Solution
A DirectX redistributable is required. This can probably be found in a folder called DXREDIST on a game disc.
- Extract DirectX.cab
- Right Click dmusic.inf->Install
- Copy over any file specified inside dmusic.inf to the windows system32 folder.
- Verify installation with Start->Run...->"dxdiag". (There should be a Music tab)
